DESCRIPTION	Modify a registered reporter's information.
SAMPLE E-MAIL	SUBJECT modify reporter BODY reporter = Abe Lincoln password = Grant e-mail address list = blank
NOTES	The password and e-mail address list parameters are optional. If you do not want to modify the password or e-mail address list, leave out the corresponding parameter (i.e. leave out that line). Password and e-mail address list may be blank. To make a field blank use the special word "blank" as shown in the example. Reporters can modify their own records. Webmaster and editors can modify any reporter's record. Webmaster and editors cannot modify a reporter's password.
