DESCRIPTION	Get list of all sightings reported for a particular day.
SAMPLE E-MAIL	SUBJECT get sightings BODY date = 10/4/01
NOTES	For an editor, the list will include all observations reported across all the editor's birding sites for the specified date. For the webmaster, the list will include all observations reported for the specified date.
